How many hours prior to an appointment can a client make a booking?

Your client can make a booking as little as 30 minutes before an appointment, however, the default is set to 3 hours, and can be changed to up to 24 hours. Go to “Services and Rates”, then select “Availability”.You can change the default setting under “Booking Preferences”.

Can I book on behalf of my client?

Yes, definitely! You can book appointments on behalf of your client directly on your calendar by clicking on the “My Bookings” tab, select Calendar, then either click on an appointment slot or on the red “Book a Session” button on the top right-hand side of the page. If it is a new client, you will need to enter his name and email address in order for us to notify him. Please note, the client will receive an email notification where he will need to confirm that he would like to accept the appointment.





How do I set up my schedule?

When you go through the steps in the Signup Wizard, you will be prompted to create your first schedule. This includes selecting a service, your rate, location, where you offer the service, and your availability. Once your account is up and running, you can manage your schedule and add multiple locations and create flexible schedules.
