Why can't I book a Professional?

In order to book a Professional, you need to create an account with HealthPRO. Once you have been invited as a client from the Professional whose services you are seeking, you will receive an email notification with the URL to his account. Click on the link and it will take you through the sign-up process. Once this has been carried out you will be able to book the Professional. If you are still not able to book the Professional, it could be that the Professional has canceled his membership, in which case you will be able to message him through the platform and find out when he will next be available.

I’d like to speak to a professional before scheduling an appointment. How can I get in touch?

You can use HealthPRO’s direct messaging feature on your dashboard to contact any professional at any time. Click on the message icon on the top right-hand side of the page next to your profile picture.

What types of services can I book on HealthPRO?

HealthPRO supports hundreds of service types that fall under health, wellness, fitness, and alternative medicine.

How do I view my booking history?

You can view all of your bookings from your Dashboard. Go to My Bookings tab, you will have the option to sort by upcoming appointments and past bookings.


What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment with the click of a button in one of 2 places. From your Dashboard, go to either My Bookings or My HealthPROs. You will be able to cancel any appointment from there. Please note that appointments canceled after the cancellation period will not be refunded.

Can I make a booking outside the Professional’s work schedule?

Yes, you can message your Professional directly from your Dashboard by clicking on the message icon on the top right-hand side of the page. He can book an appointment on your behalf and override his normal working hours.
